We&rsquo;re actively seeking speakers who are ready to&nbsp;take the stage at&nbsp;YaTalks 2023, both in&nbsp;the realm of&nbsp;technical subjects and those encompassing management, science, and even inspirational topics. Maxim has been engaged in&nbsp;frontend development for eight years, though he&nbsp;started in&nbsp;the backend. Over his six years at&nbsp;Tinkoff, he’s&nbsp;tried on&nbsp;several hats, ranging from developer and SRE to&nbsp;the Head of&nbsp;Frontend for the International Projects Department. Now, Maxim is&nbsp;leading a&nbsp;frontend architecture team. He’s&nbsp;built a&nbsp;system of&nbsp;80 micro frontends operating within a&nbsp;single business line.

Maxim Smirnov

Alexey is&nbsp;the creator of&nbsp;the PEG grammar parser SimplePEG and a&nbsp;VSCode extension (ARRR). He&nbsp;is&nbsp;the author of&nbsp;the Russian Angular documentation and the largest Angular and TensorFlowJS Telegram communities.

Alexey Okhrimenko

Sergey has been with Yandex since 2005, contributing to&nbsp;various roles across Search, Mail, blog search, the Ya.ru platform, Images, Video, internal tools, and more. He&nbsp;actively develops technologies and tools for website creation. Sergey is&nbsp;one of&nbsp;the co-authors of&nbsp;the BEM methodology and manages Yandex’s&nbsp;Frontend Development School. Lately, he&nbsp;has focused on&nbsp;streamlining development, hiring, and training processes.

Sergey Berezhnoy

Alexander leads a&nbsp;team creating products for Yandex Go&nbsp;partners. He&nbsp;has experience in&nbsp;developing web interfaces on&nbsp;Clojure and OCaml. Today, he&nbsp;writes in&nbsp;TypeScript. Alexander is&nbsp;an&nbsp;organizer of&nbsp;the Yandex Go&nbsp;frontend meetup. He&nbsp;is&nbsp;into board games and pool swimming.

Alexander Yanin

Alexander used to&nbsp;implement B2B projects to&nbsp;protect data and secure data channels. Today, he&nbsp;actively implements BDUI in&nbsp;applications to&nbsp;simplify developers' lives, improve development quality, and reduce TTM.

Alexander Popsuenko

Alexey joined the infrastructure from Android development. Over the past two years, he&nbsp;has automated processes for iOS, Android, and Flutter teams. Alexey championed the APIs of&nbsp;major mobile app stores and switched Yandex&rsquo;s mobile teams to&nbsp;their own automation systems. He&nbsp;wrote tools that simplify the lives of&nbsp;developers, testers, and managers. Alexey helps everyone who is&nbsp;willing to&nbsp;join the development community and participates in&nbsp;the Yandex Mobile Development School. He&nbsp;is&nbsp;also a&nbsp;mentor at&nbsp;the Android Developer course on&nbsp;the Yandex Practicum.

Alexey Panchenko

Semyon has been a&nbsp;frontend developer since 2013. He&nbsp;launched a&nbsp;startup in&nbsp;Moscow City, led a&nbsp;team at&nbsp;Rambler, built an&nbsp;HR&nbsp;program, and helped people find zen in&nbsp;Zen. Now, Semyon is&nbsp;dedicated to&nbsp;making Yandex Market faster. He&nbsp;has traveled throughout Asia and dreams of&nbsp;rocking a&nbsp;ten-thousand-strong crowd while performing with a&nbsp;rock band. He&nbsp;is&nbsp;also known for his magnificent 30-cm beard.

Semyon Levenson

Gleb has been working in&nbsp;commercial development since 2003. He&nbsp;worked for NVIDIA as&nbsp;a&nbsp;Software Engineer in&nbsp;2008. Gleb had worked on&nbsp;a&nbsp;startup that was shut down after 3 years of&nbsp;operation. He&nbsp;spent nine years as&nbsp;the founder and CTO of&nbsp;a&nbsp;digital agency. Now he&nbsp;is&nbsp;out of&nbsp;business and into product. Gleb loves Angular, performance, complex animations, architecture, and responsive interfaces. Since 2018, he&nbsp;has been responsible for the FrontendConf conference program and speaker training. He&nbsp;gives talks on&nbsp;frontend and management and hosts a&nbsp;Telegram channel and YouTube podcasts. Gleb promotes systematic work with juniors and believes this is&nbsp;the key to&nbsp;the staffing crisis and all its consequences.

Gleb Mikheev

Nikita has been with Yandex for almost five years. He&nbsp;studied at&nbsp;the School of&nbsp;Data Analysis and continues teaching at&nbsp;the Frontend Development School. At&nbsp;the Yandex programming championship, Nikita made people write their tree shaking in&nbsp;30 minutes. His JS, TS, Python, Python, C++, and Java code are used in&nbsp;Yandex production. Nikita is&nbsp;passionate about code mining: he&nbsp;searches for similar code sections via code2seq, minhashing, etc.

Nikita Sidorov

He&nbsp;graduated from the Higher School of&nbsp;Economics and the New Economic School. Before Yandex, he&nbsp;headed the strategic partnerships and M&A&nbsp;integration team at&nbsp;SberX. He&nbsp;was involved in&nbsp;structuring deals such as: &mdash;&nbsp;JV&nbsp;with Yandex, acquisition of&nbsp;a&nbsp;45% stake in&nbsp;Yandex Market ($500 million); &mdash;&nbsp;JV&nbsp;with VK&nbsp;Group (Mail.ru Group), acquisition of&nbsp;a&nbsp;stake in&nbsp;O2O Holding ($1 billion); &mdash;&nbsp;Acquisition of&nbsp;a&nbsp;75% stake in&nbsp;2GIS ($200 million); &mdash;&nbsp;Acquisition of&nbsp;a&nbsp;100% stake in&nbsp;the Zvuk streaming service ($12 million); &mdash;&nbsp;Acquisition of&nbsp;a&nbsp;45% stake in&nbsp;the EAPTEKA service ($81 million); &mdash;&nbsp;Acquisition of&nbsp;a&nbsp;25% stake in&nbsp;the educational holding Prosveshcheniye ($320 million)

Alexey Nikolaev

Gennady leads one of&nbsp;the largest Flutter product teams in&nbsp;the world, with over 100 people. The team helped to&nbsp;create a&nbsp;Flutter application that also became one of&nbsp;the largest in&nbsp;the world. Gennady has been engaged in&nbsp;development since 1989. He&nbsp;even remembers the pre-IDE era and many other things to&nbsp;scare the juniors and others. Gennady is&nbsp;passionate about video games and owns the last three generations of&nbsp;every game console. He&nbsp;gathered all the weapons and camouflage in&nbsp;Call of&nbsp;Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and loves Cyberpunk 2077 and Diablo IV.

Gennady Evstratov

Ivan started his career in&nbsp;1998 with a&nbsp;project on&nbsp;the use of&nbsp;biometric technologies in&nbsp;payments. He&nbsp;was involved in&nbsp;the automation of&nbsp;the Formoza company. Ivan contributed to&nbsp;the creation of&nbsp;the Robokassa service and participated in&nbsp;the development of&nbsp;acquiring technologies in&nbsp;Multicard (VTB). Throughout his professional life, Ivan has been trying to&nbsp;find new ways of&nbsp;interacting with users, including reducing the natural stress of&nbsp;making payments.

Ivan Alekseev 

Stanislav worked his way up&nbsp;from analyst to&nbsp;director of&nbsp;big data and analytics management at&nbsp;a&nbsp;leading telecommunications operator in&nbsp;Kazakhstan. He&nbsp;started his career with tasks in&nbsp;application development, machine learning algorithms, and extensive data analysis. Today, Stanislav manages the strategy and development of&nbsp;the culture of&nbsp;data protection, storage, and processing at&nbsp;the corporate level. He&nbsp;actively participates in&nbsp;international conferences and seminars. Stanislav has been a&nbsp;mentor at&nbsp;Yandex Practicum for five years.

Stanislav Streltsov 

Vasiliy is&nbsp;a&nbsp;creator of&nbsp;the Honest Mark digital marking and tracking system for Russia and EAEU countries, which can be&nbsp;used to&nbsp;ensure the authenticity of&nbsp;goods and reduce the number of&nbsp;counterfeit products. His development team now works with a&nbsp;heavily loaded kernel that generates hundreds of&nbsp;millions of&nbsp;unique codes daily, processes tens of&nbsp;millions of&nbsp;incoming documents, and multiple NoSQL-based storages with nearly a&nbsp;petabyte of&nbsp;data. Previously, Vasiliy worked at&nbsp;Deutsche Bank&rsquo;s Tech Center and was involved in&nbsp;setting up&nbsp;BNP Paribas Bank&rsquo;s Tech Center in&nbsp;Russia.

Vasiliy Gigauri 

Alexey has been with Yandex since 2016. He started with big data and then launched a cross-border marketplace. Over the past three years, Alexey has been responsible for developing Market's logistics platform, which now covers thousands of points across the country, ranging from small retail stores and parcel automats to extensive facilities handling more than a hundred thousand orders daily. Before Yandex, he worked on big data at Beeline and developed an aggregator of products from various investment banks for UBS. Alexey relaxes by riding a unicycle.

Alexey Ostrikov 

Andrey is&nbsp;an&nbsp;engineer developing open source RDBMS at&nbsp;Yandex. He&nbsp;has been engaged in&nbsp;data indexing research since 2008. Andrey has a&nbsp;Ph. D. in&nbsp;Technical Sciences, is&nbsp;an&nbsp;associate professor at&nbsp;the Ural Federal University, and is&nbsp;a&nbsp;lecturer at&nbsp;the Yandex School of&nbsp;Data Analysis. He&nbsp;is&nbsp;involved in&nbsp;database creation, research, and teaching. He&nbsp;committed his first Postgres patch for version 9.7. Long before he&nbsp;graduated from university, Andrey was already teaching there. He&nbsp;asks people to&nbsp;solve riddles to&nbsp;find solutions. Andrey goes for a&nbsp;run whenever he&nbsp;gets a&nbsp;break.

Andrey Borodin

Alexey started his career as a developer and worked his way up to CTO. He has been a lecturer and consultant on modern management methods for the past eight years.

Alexey Pimenov

Evgeniy has 15 years of&nbsp;IT&nbsp;experience in&nbsp;various roles and positions. He&nbsp;was a&nbsp;system administrator, programmer, and server administrator in&nbsp;outsourcing companies and a&nbsp;technical project manager, programmer, and team leader in&nbsp;a&nbsp;product company. Evgeniy majored in&nbsp;Applied Mathematics and Computer Science even before it&nbsp;became mainstream. He&nbsp;advises businesses and professionals. Evgeniy also hosts the &laquo;TeamLead Obvious&raquo; Telegram channel and the &laquo;Koda Koda&raquo; IT&nbsp;podcast.

Evgeniy Antonov

Vitaliy has a&nbsp;20-year IT&nbsp;background. He&nbsp;has built heavily loaded systems, led development in&nbsp;a&nbsp;large department at&nbsp;Avito, and served as&nbsp;CTO at&nbsp;Skyeng. Today, he&nbsp;is&nbsp;rebuilding the IT&nbsp;department at&nbsp;Movavi, which develops photo and video editors. In&nbsp;his spare time, Vitaliy enjoys hiking in&nbsp;the mountains. He&nbsp;has been to&nbsp;Nepal, climbed Elbrus and Kilimanjaro, and conquered the peaks of&nbsp;Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Vitaliy Leonov 

Maria is&nbsp;the ex-head of&nbsp;Career & Talent Development at&nbsp;Skyeng and the author of&nbsp;&laquo;I&nbsp;Take Care of&nbsp;Myself&raquo;. She helps to&nbsp;build working relationships so&nbsp;that people trust each other and know how to&nbsp;work out agreements.

Maria Beloglazova

Denis oversees Yandex Go&rsquo;s reliability, speed, and architectural infrastructure goals. He&nbsp;led the performance boost of&nbsp;the Yandex Go&nbsp;super app by&nbsp;2.4 seconds and a&nbsp;multiple decrease in&nbsp;the number of&nbsp;downtimes. Denis is&nbsp;the author of&nbsp;the golangci-lint open source linter. Previously, he&nbsp;worked at&nbsp;Mail.ru Mail and launched the BeepCar startup. He&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;graduate of&nbsp;the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

Denis Isaev

Nikita worked his way up&nbsp;from junior to&nbsp;director of&nbsp;product and development. He&nbsp;led an&nbsp;Adtech product (BidSwitch) that processed 500 billion requests per day and was responsible for multiplying business performance and results. At&nbsp;SberMarket, Nikita created a&nbsp;content system that helps update, store, and quickly access hundreds of&nbsp;millions of&nbsp;product offers across Russia. He&nbsp;aims to&nbsp;make the most efficient IT&nbsp;team in&nbsp;the industry.

Nikita Elagin

Veronika is&nbsp;a&nbsp;professional dilettante. She has been working with IT&nbsp;professionals since 2015. Veronika has worked her way up&nbsp;from an&nbsp;outsourced junior recruiter through HRD full stack to&nbsp;managing a&nbsp;team of&nbsp;10+ people. She is&nbsp;currently a&nbsp;consultant and mentor for internal and external IT&nbsp;communications. Veronika writes articles, speaks at&nbsp;conferences, and hosts the &laquo;Veronica Answers&raquo; channel. She likes cats, video games, and stickers.

Veronika Ilina

Alexey is&nbsp;a&nbsp;Java Developer, JUG Leader, and Java Champion. He&nbsp;has experience working as&nbsp;a&nbsp;programmer at&nbsp;Oracle, DevRel at&nbsp;Odnoklassniki, and as&nbsp;an&nbsp;engineer of&nbsp;the ICPC Live team. Alexey has been organizing conferences for programmers for 10 years.

Alexey Fyodorov

Anastasia oversees an&nbsp;extensive code monorepo and ensures the satisfaction of&nbsp;developers who work with it. She actively monitors open-source usage and facilitates exporting popular open-source projects from an&nbsp;internal repository to&nbsp;GitH ub. Anastasia is&nbsp;passionate about public speaking and organizing IT&nbsp;events related to&nbsp;infrastructure, development tools, soft skills, and management. She orchestrates engaging team-building activities for her teams and leads Dungeons and Dragons campaigns. Additionally, Anastasia manages a&nbsp;trending Telegram channel for aspiring team leaders titled &laquo;Notes from a&nbsp;Burning House&raquo;.

Anastasia Abrashitova

Alexander has been working for Yandex since 2019 and Yandex Music since 2020. Before that, he&nbsp;was the СТО at&nbsp;VKontakte. During the three and a&nbsp;half years of&nbsp;his leadership, Music enjoyed a&nbsp;sevenfold audience growth. Alexander is&nbsp;actively involved in&nbsp;perfecting the quality of&nbsp;service and user experience. He&nbsp;is&nbsp;passionate about learning the technical side of&nbsp;Music, mainly how codecs and content distribution systems work. Alexander has boosted the deployment and development speed and is&nbsp;now actively working on&nbsp;the stability and reliability of&nbsp;the service.

Alexander Konstantinov

Dmitry is&nbsp;the ex-CMO of&nbsp;Yandex and ex-Director of&nbsp;Kinopoisk, Yandex Afisha, and Yandex Music media services. He&nbsp;founded the GP&nbsp;Foundation at&nbsp;AAL VC&nbsp;and the LP&nbsp;Foundation at&nbsp;s16vc. Dmitry also invests in&nbsp;Take Charge, Best Doctor, Yasno, iFarm, and Chatfuel. He&nbsp;is&nbsp;an&nbsp;entrepreneur (Afisha Picnic, Sports.ru, Journey agency, and FRAM travel club), a&nbsp;member of&nbsp;the boards of&nbsp;Help Nearby and Hume charitable foundation, an&nbsp;expert at&nbsp;Skolkovo Moscow School of&nbsp;Management, a&nbsp;lecturer at&nbsp;the Russian Presidential Academy of&nbsp;National Economy and Public Administration, Universal University, and the Moscow School of&nbsp;Professional Philanthropy. Dmitry is&nbsp;a&nbsp;member of&nbsp;the Forbes 30 under 30 jury.

Dmitry Stepanov 

Oleg works on&nbsp;high-load distributed systems, data storage and processing systems, and software development. He&nbsp;contributed to&nbsp;the open source release of&nbsp;YDB. Oleg is&nbsp;a&nbsp;candidate for Master of&nbsp;Sports in&nbsp;Powerlifting. He&nbsp;knows everything about YDB, a&nbsp;fault-tolerant open source distributed SQL database that combines high availability and scalability with strict consistency and ACID transactions.

Oleg Bondar

Anton is&nbsp;a&nbsp;Russian representative in&nbsp;ISO at&nbsp;C++ standardization working group meetings. He&nbsp;is&nbsp;the author of&nbsp;several accepted proposals for the C++ language standard. Anton is&nbsp;also the author of&nbsp;the Boost libraries PFR, TypeIndex, DLL, Stacktrace, and the Boost C++ Application Development Cookbook. He&nbsp;is&nbsp;also an&nbsp;active maintainer of&nbsp;Any, Conversion, LexicalCast, and Variant. Furthermore, Anton leads the development team of&nbsp;the asynchronous userver framework.

Anton Polukhin

Alina built a&nbsp;career as&nbsp;a&nbsp;developer and decided to&nbsp;start from scratch. During her five years at&nbsp;Yandex, Alina went from development intern to&nbsp;head of&nbsp;frontend development. She started working on&nbsp;<acronym title="Search engine optimization" lang="en">SEO</acronym> optimization tasks and worked her way up&nbsp;to&nbsp;setting up&nbsp;global processes in&nbsp;the service. Being a&nbsp;successful speaker, Alina nurtures speakers within the team and knows how to&nbsp;remain an&nbsp;engineer while changing her career track from development to&nbsp;management.

Alina Vanieva

Alexander joined Yandex in&nbsp;2014 with a&nbsp;prototype of&nbsp;weather forecasting technology. From 2015 to&nbsp;2017, he&nbsp;worked with the team to&nbsp;finalize and deploy the technology on&nbsp;Yandex servers. Afterward, Alexander led a&nbsp;team of&nbsp;ML&nbsp;specialists and meteorologists for five years. Under his leadership, they created a&nbsp;precipitation map of&nbsp;the entire world and the world&rsquo;s first weather forecasting technology, Meteum, which uses machine learning and crowdsourced data. Sergey Shcherbinin 

After a&nbsp;long and fascinating journey through Android and Flutter development, Eugene couldn&rsquo;t resist and finally moved into management. He&nbsp;now leads a&nbsp;team of&nbsp;thirty fabulously talented developers. He&nbsp;created and hosted the Flutter Dev Podcast. The Google I/O main stage featured an&nbsp;app Eugene worked on. He&nbsp;has changed jobs three times without leaving the company. His experiments with technology in&nbsp;his spare time eventually grew into a&nbsp;full-fledged department. Eugene is&nbsp;an&nbsp;associate of&nbsp;the Faculty of&nbsp;Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics at&nbsp;the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Stanislav has been with Yandex since 2010. He&nbsp;has led teams and departments at&nbsp;Yandex Search and launched Quick Answers, Turbo Pages, product search, and more. Stanislav joined Lavka in&nbsp;March 2022. Since then, the service has evolved from a&nbsp;startup to&nbsp;a&nbsp;full-fledged business, launching its major experiments and in-house technological constructions. Today, the development team comprises more than 200 people, with separate customer products, logistics, B2B, back-office development, algorithm, and ML&nbsp;project teams. Stanislav is&nbsp;passionate about technology companies and companies where technology can impact the business. His strengths include ML, backend, building effective teams, and interaction between product and technical departments. Stanislav is&nbsp;into sports; he&nbsp;has a&nbsp;black belt in&nbsp;Aikido and plays soccer. He&nbsp;also loves rock music and playing the guitar.

Stanislav Makeev

Eugene ran Netstream, a&nbsp;company specializing in&nbsp;high-load projects related to&nbsp;online broadcasting and video (Smotri.com, ivi). In&nbsp;2012, Netstream and its entire team were merged into Ivi. Since 2006, Eugene has taught the author course &laquo;Team Software Development Technologies&raquo; at&nbsp;the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

Eugene Rossinsky

Alexey is&nbsp;a&nbsp;Candidate of&nbsp;Technical Sciences, Associate Professor at&nbsp;Moscow Institute of&nbsp;Physics and Technology, and the former Head of&nbsp;Instant and Interactive Answers Development at&nbsp;Yandex Search. Alexey has a&nbsp;background in&nbsp;Yandex and Google. He&nbsp;created Yandex Tutor, hosted YaTalks, organized Team Leader Meetup, helped launch Yandex Andromeda, and conducted clustering for Yandex News. Together with partners, Beslan founded and developed the data science and development school karpov.courses. He&nbsp;understands business, analytics, education, and relationship building and knows how to&nbsp;cross these points and make a&nbsp;good product. Beslan spent four years at&nbsp;Yandex, working on&nbsp;advertising analytics. He&nbsp;created a&nbsp;course on&nbsp;analytics for the Higher School of&nbsp;Economics, taught it&nbsp;himself, and helped build a&nbsp;team of&nbsp;teachers. Beslan selected teachers for karpov.courses and was responsible for launching new courses and the graduate employment center. Arik is&nbsp;a&nbsp;pioneer in&nbsp;the Russian HR&nbsp;technology market. At&nbsp;17, he&nbsp;accidentally entered the recruitment industry, built a&nbsp;career in&nbsp;international companies, and 10 years later founded VCV, Russia&rsquo;s first video resume service for employee selection. In&nbsp;the first three years, the largest companies in&nbsp;the country became clients of&nbsp;the service, viewing tens of&nbsp;thousands of&nbsp;candidates per month on&nbsp;VCV. In&nbsp;2017, VCV was listed in&nbsp;500 Startups and moved to&nbsp;San Francisco. It&nbsp;then raised investments from various investors, including Russian impact investor Ruben Vardanyan, an&nbsp;angel investor from Indeed, and a&nbsp;Japanese fund. VCV then opened an&nbsp;office in&nbsp;Japan. Arik is&nbsp;known among IT&nbsp;entrepreneurs as&nbsp;an&nbsp;unofficial ambassador of&nbsp;Armenia, attracting business and technology experts from different countries. Over the past year, Arik has helped various IT&nbsp;companies organize over 50 events. Arik also became a&nbsp;father four months ago.

Antonina has been a&nbsp;frontend developer since 2018 and became a&nbsp;team leader in&nbsp;2021. Her experience includes studio development, working with major IT&nbsp;companies, and successfully implementing highload projects. Ivan&rsquo;s job is&nbsp;to&nbsp;bring as&nbsp;much benefit as&nbsp;possible to&nbsp;VK&nbsp;users and the company with the help of&nbsp;ML. Ivan and his team launched voice recognition and translation of&nbsp;all text content into three languages. Now, he&nbsp;is&nbsp;working on&nbsp;automating support to&nbsp;keep it&nbsp;&laquo;human&raquo; without template responses. Over the last six years, Ivan has collected a&nbsp;bullshit bingo of&nbsp;hype topics. He&nbsp;has launched blockchain components for the private sector and raised investment for a&nbsp;startup developing software for cryptocurrency funds and trading on&nbsp;exchanges. Ivan launches ML/DS products and chips for tens of&nbsp;millions of&nbsp;users. Alexey joined Yandex five years ago as&nbsp;an&nbsp;intern and fell in&nbsp;love with the team, business, and processes so&nbsp;much that he&nbsp;hasn&rsquo;t changed jobs since then and doesn&rsquo;t plan to. He&nbsp;also works at&nbsp;the Macroeconomic Forecasting Laboratory of&nbsp;the Institute of&nbsp;Economic Forecasting of&nbsp;the Russian Presidential Academy of&nbsp;National Economy and Public Administration, where he&nbsp;started his career. Over the last ten years, Nikolay has been working with infrastructure, focusing on&nbsp;analytics systems. He&nbsp;builds the architectures and the processes for working with them&nbsp;&mdash; Data Governance and MLOps&nbsp;&mdash; in&nbsp;different companies, leads the analytics platform DE&nbsp;team and teaches courses with universities in&nbsp;different countries.
