Valeriy graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Lomonosov Moscow State University but never stopped studying. He has worked in the Alfa-Bank Machine Learning Laboratory for two years. Valeriy implemented the first online neural network for credit scoring and helped the bank earn half a billion dollars. Now, he leads a team that monetizes neural networks in business areas.

Valeriy writes articles for Habr and professional magazines. He speaks at conferences on the fintech application of neural network models. Valeriy is also a co-author of the Deep Learning in Finance course.
