Our jobs often include building great solutions other teams and companies could also benefit from. Of course, the suggestion is frequently made to share them with the entire industry by posting them in open source (and patting ourselves on the back at the same time). But are there any other reasons for or benefits of heading in that direction? What are the challenges that arise along the way? We’ll be discussing these and many other issues.
