Sergey Shcherbinin

Sergey manages IT and digital development at a large federal bank, building a technological organization on par with the leaders in the Russian banking market.

His main professional focuses are people and team building and he is an expert in organizational design, corporate culture, and management methodologies.

Sergey built a remote development center staffed by 300 people, rebuilt Raiffeisen Bank’s brand as an IT employer, and created a professional IT team from scratch at a large federal bank.

He grew up in Sakhalin, has traveled to more than 50 countries, and speaks three languages.
