Alexandra Murzina

Positive Technologies, Head of Prospective Technologies Department

Applying machine learning to cybersecurity, she identifies and thwarts attacks using data before anything can happen. A research focus for her is bringing the security of machine learning into real life,

and she’s managed to work on PT Application Firewall, PT NAD, PT SIEM, and PT Sandbox products while at Positive Technologies. Since 2019, AI CTF has held a competition during Positive Hack Days that invites participants to explore AI vulnerabilities. In 2019 and 2022, she organized the ML and security reports track at Data Fest Siberia. In 2021 and 2022, she organized the AI track at Positive Hack Days.

She loves garlic croutons, driving, and buying paper books, and she just recently took up surfing.
